These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of adsson's websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting operations, using the Services for unlawful advertising, or violating applicable advertising standards and third-party platform rules.
5. Intellectual property
adsson and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and related materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Campaign performance, availability of third-party integrations, and business outcomes are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, adsson shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if no fees were paid.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or in-product notice where appropriate.
